The Bulldog is known for its compact, muscular body and massive head. The smaller French Bulldog usually ranges between 20 and 30 pounds and are known for their large "bat-like" ears. The French Bulldog or Frenchie is an excellent apartment dog and can do well without a yard. In warmer climates, the French Bulldog requires air conditioned living environments.
